Marjorie Sybul Adams is Elected to Board of America's Second Harvest

CHICAGO, IL --- June 20, 2005 --- Marjorie Sybul Adams, a partner in DLA Piper Rudnick Gray Cary US LLP and co-chair of DLA Piper's Capital Markets Practice Group, has been elected to the board of directors of America's Second Harvest – The Nation's Food Bank Network, the nation's largest charitable hunger-relief organization.

"We are very pleased to have Ms. Adams bring her wealth of experience and expertise to our board of directors," said Robert Forney, President and Chief Executive Officer of America's Second Harvest. "She has long been committed ending hunger in America."  The board of directors of America's Second Harvest oversees the operations, activities and mission of the organization, which has more than 200 food banks and food rescue organizations from around the country in its membership.

Ms. Adams has been actively involved for several years with City Harvest, Inc., a nationally-known hunger relief organization that serves New York City.  She currently serves on the City Harvest board of directors and on its Executive Committee, is the Chair of its Human Resources Committee, and is a Member of its Strategic Partnerships Committee.

Ms. Adams practices corporate and securities law practice at DLA Piper focuses on corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions transactions. She has an A.B. degree from Duke University and a J.D. from University of Michigan.
