River Bend Research Products Partner With America's Second Harvest To Fight Child Hunger In Recognition Of National Hunger Awareness Day

Chicago, IL -- Today, River Bend Research Media Productions announced it is joining forces with America's Second Harvest, the largest domestic hunger-relief charity in the United States, in recognition of National Hunger Awareness Day (NHAD).

In response to the question offered as this year's theme: Can 9 Million Hungry Kids Inspire A Nation?, River Bend Research will donate a minimum of $2 per item purchased to America's Second Harvest for CD's and DVD's sold on www.riverbendresearch.com through the week of June 5. The company has agreed to double its normal $1 per item donation in honor of National Hunger Awareness Day.

"The partnership with River Bend Research allows us to raise awareness of child hunger – and gives River Bend Research's customers an opportunity to help fight the problem," said Robert Forney, President and CEO of America's Second Harvest.

River Bend Research's newest release, an eight-episode series that showcases America's lighthouses, will feature a leader about America's Second Harvest in hopes to dispel the myths about hunger in America.
