Scottsdale, AZ -- November 4, 2002 -- On Monday, November 18, 2002, P.F. Chang's China Bistro will hold it's Second Annual Lettuce Wrap Day. All proceeds from the national sales of our signature dish, Chang's Chicken in Soothing Lettuce Wraps and the Vegetarian Lettuce Wraps will be donated to America's Second Harvest.

Our goal is to raise $75,000 which will help America's Second Harvest provide roughly 1.6 million meals to hungry Americans this holiday season.

America's Second Harvest is the largest domestic hunger-relief organization in the United States and distributes 1.4 billion pounds of donated food and grocery products annually. Through their national network, America's Second Harvest also works to educate the public about the nature of, and the solutions to the problem of hunger in America.

For every $1 donation that America's Second Harvest receives they can secure and distribute 28 pounds of food and groceries. That translates into $1 providing approximately 21 meals.
