9 - Clients: Services Received at Food Programs
To
better understand how clients use the services of the A2H provider network, the
survey asked questions about the numbers of kitchens and pantries that
households used. Questions were also asked concerning the degree of satisfaction
that respondents felt with the food services they were receiving from the
providers and about what clients would do if they did not have access to the
provider from which they were receiving food on the day of the interview. The
answers to these questions are examined below.
